Vicuña on the TV World...

Well, what happens is that, you know, I say that they are phantom pieces because, for example, in order to really make sense of why is it that there is a Vicuña book or a Vicuña poem or a Vicuña word, even, you really have to know ten thousand years of culture that nobody knows--not even people in the Andes know about these things, because people would much rather forget all of that and live on the TV world, on the world of TV, on the world of the big cities. So, precisely because this is forgotten knowledge, is that the poems are meaningless not because they lack meaning, but because the meaning is away, is hidden, is not made present, not written in the book, because people are supposed to look for them if they want.
